Oregon Serious About Paying for CRC On Its Own

Oregon really wants a new Interstate 5 bridge spanning the Columbia River and connecting Portland to Vancouver, Wash. Washington lawmakers have already said they aren’t going to pay for it any longer, so Oregon is still seriously considering doing it all on their own.
